Marcee is the Co-Owner of MoeGang Productions and Editor/Production Guru of HomeSpun Magazine. She has over 20 years of experience in the production and design fields including a bachelor of arts in advertising/graphic design from Collins College and computer operations, art and media education from Arizona State and DeVry universities.
Marcee’s full-time gig is being the Production Director for Cascade Publications Inc., where she first went to work in 2011 when she relocated to Central Oregon after living in many areas around the country including Cody, Wyoming; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Reno, Nevada and Jupiter, Florida.
Prior to doing the production of Cascade Business News, Bend Fashion Quarterly and the printed Book of Lists just to name a few, she worked as graphic and production artists at The Cody Enterprise, AlphaGraphics, West Coast Bass and West Coast Fishing newspapers, Harmon Homes Magazine and was the Production Manager for Placer County, California managing all their graphic and media materials.
Growing up in Middletown, California (just outside the Napa Valley) on the back of a horse, she ran in gymkhanas as often as possible. After graduating college, she never strayed from the print media world, except for one small stint of getting back into her cattle roots as a lab tech doing bovine embryo transplanting.
Marcee is the talent behind the scenes at HomeSpun. Editing, layout, creating ads, deadlines and generally keeping Ryan on task. She loves working with Ryan and Cowboy Carriage at Ag Fest in Salem, on brewery tours, kids birthday parties and she has even driven the boys in a few weddings. Ryan and Marcee met on one of the Cowboy Carriage Christmas Caroling rides.
