Executive Chef Darrell Henrichs has a worldly approach and precise flair for drawing out and combining flavors to create an incredible, edible experience.
The August 22nd feast will include produce from Mahonia Gardens and protein from Splitting Aces Livestock. How does a salad with raspberry pickled red onions and a top sirloin with zinfandel demi-glaze sound? A three-course meal will deliciously entertain your taste buds and be served along with illuminating words from Benji and Carys Nagel of Mahonia Gardens about the beyond-organic and community-welcome nature of the farm. Jenna and Remington Sneva of Splitting Aces Livestock will share their deep respect for the livestock which results from a 100 percent grass diet with full pasture access — no grain, or supplements are fed to finish, no hormones or implants are used.
